Batumi is located in a natural bay of the Black Sea. The hotel is located on the main street only 15 min. from the Black Sea. All apartments are equipped with a kitchen and a bathroom, and each has a balcony or loggia. Batumi is located at an altitude of 28m above sea level, and the weather here is warm from May to October. Visitors enjoy endless beaches, walks along the city boulevard, green parks and alleys lined with palm trees, citrus trees and magnolias. The owner has a return of 7% of the purchase price of the apartment without VAT, paid quarterly and free of charge for 30 days of the owner's stay during the calendar year during the off-season. The income is guaranteed by the lease agreement, which is concluded for 10 years with our company. If you don't know what to do with your apartment after 10 years, you can continue the rental program or sell the apartment to us for 130% purchase price without VAT, or you can enjoy it yourself.

GINO Sunrise Batumi Aparthotel has 75 apartments and is spread over the last 3 floors of the 28-storey hotel. The design meets the highest requirements for quality and comfort. Hassle-free parking is provided directly in front of the hotel and there are also 130 underground parking spaces below the hotel. On the top floor of the complex there will be a lobby bar, a restaurant and a café. The project is implemented in accordance with international standards and with ecological, energy-saving and high-quality materials. The whole hotel is air conditioned, each apartment has Wifi, TV and data connections.
