The official sale of the apartments has ended.

Program 1

Installments:

1 installment 95% of the purchase price within 3 days after signing the Contract on the future contract
2 installment   5% of the purchase price within 3 days before signing the Purchase Agreement

Yield 7% pa from the purchase price of the apartment is paid quarterly for 10 years.

The reservation fee is not paid. We are the developer of the project and we try to provide you with all the necessary information before signing the purchase contract. We will be happy to go over the discount options with you, set the installments so that they suit you as much as possible, and explain all the terms of the contract and future operation even before you decide to invest in our project.

Program 2

  1. installment 32% of the purchase price after signing the Contract on the future contract
  2. installment 32% of the purchase price after completion of the rough construction
  3. installment 32% of the purchase price after insulation and completion of work on the main utilities in the apartments
  4. installment   4% of the purchase price within 3 days before signing the Purchase Agreement

Yield 7% pa of the purchase price begins to be calculated after the approval of the construction and after the end of the 3-month trial operation. The conditions are: timely payment up to 100% of the purchase price, payment of the purchase price for furniture and equipment, signing of the Purchase and Lease Agreement.

The proceeds are paid quarterly, on the last day of the following month. The income is paid in cooperation with the Lease Agreement for the period 10 years.

Purchase price per apartment is paid without 18% VAT. The condition is the future signing of the Purchase and Lease Agreement. If they do not occur, the client pays 18% VAT.

Payout, furniture and other conditions.

SETTLEMENT PERIOD:

From 01.01. - 31.03. the yield payment date is the last day of April.

From 01.04. - 30.06. the yield payment date is the last day of June.

From 01.07. - 30.09. the yield payment date is the last day of October.

From 01.10 - 31.12. the yield payment date is the last day of January.

FURNITURE

A contract on the arrangement and furnishing of the apartment is signed. The contract is signed simultaneously with the contract on the future contract.

Payment for furniture 100% within 14 calendar days from the date of the call for payment.

PRICE OF FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT 

Apartment with an area of ​​up to 25 m6.990: € XNUMX

Apartment with an area from 25 m² - 35 m²: 9.900, - €

Apartment with an area from 35 m² - 50 m²: 12.900, - €

Apartment with an area of ​​more than 50 m14.900: € XNUMX

The price of furniture and equipment of a 3-room apartment is determined separately.

The area does not include the area of ​​the balcony, loggia or terrace.

The purchase price for the furniture and the apartment is paid without 18% VAT. The condition is the future signing of the Purchase and Lease Agreement. If they do not occur, the client pays 18% VAT.

SPPURCHASE

After the expiration of 10 years of the Lease Agreement, the owner of the apartment will have the right, based on the seller's offer, to sell his apartment to the seller for the amount of:   130% of the purchase price.

OWNER'S STAY

After signing the purchase and rental agreement, the owner of the apartment will be entitled to free owner's stay for 14 days during the calendar year during the term of the Lease Agreement. The owner will have a 10% discount on entrance to the GINO Paradise Tbilisi water park and accommodation in hotels GINO Wellness Rabath (GE) , Hotel GINO Wellness Mtskheta (GE) and the hotel Park Palace Orlové **** (SK).
