Of course. We have always offered and still offer this option to our clients. It flies from Vienna, Prague or Budapest for 3 nights, 4 days, by airline Georgian Airlines (Boeing 737). The flight takes approximately 3:15 hours. We will take care of the complete program, transfer as well as accommodation. Just arrive at the airport of departure. A manager speaking Slovak, English or Russian can accompany you during the inspection.

In the case of signing a lease agreement, the costs of routine maintenance of the property during the duration of the lease agreement and in connection with its conditions will be paid hotel operator.

The property is insured already during construction and will be after its completion. Construction insurance is paid by the project developer.

No, during the duration of the rental agreement, the resort operator pays the energy fees and the repair fund.

Yes. You can sell your apartment during the duration of the rental agreement and in accordance with its provisions. The rental agreement is processed only on the basis of the developer's consent.

If you sell the apartment to our company after 10 years, we offer it to you repurchase at Hight 130% purchase price of the apartment without VAT. We already state this amount in the Future Contract Agreement.

VAT in Georgia is 18%. In accordance with the relevant Georgian legislation, each who invests in investment tourist real estate and leases it to the operator of the tourist center holding a license for a period of 10 years, is exempt from VAT. This applies to both companies and individuals. Therefore, the purchase and sales prices are listed without VAT, which in this case the client does not have to pay.

The construction is financed by the project investor dr. Nodari Giorgadze. All funds for the purchase of the apartment are paid by future buyers to an account in the Slovak Republic.
