Over the course of seven years, an above-standard housing estate will be built on a plot of thirty hectares, which will become a new luxury district in Tbilisi.
In the closed and guarded resort, 1200 people will find permanent housing, there will also be additional housing, a hotel, an office building with a large congress hall, a school, a kindergarten, a health center, an outlet, sports fields and a large promenade on the shore of the "Tbilisi Sea", which will be lined with cafes, restaurants and shops. Our intention is that not a single car is parked next to the buildings. Therefore, we will build a parking garage on the property and each building will have its own underground garage.

Apartments are sold without 18% VAT.
According to Georgian law, a company holding a "tourist enterprise" license can sell investment apartments without VAT. Our company is the owner of the license in question. The condition is the inclusion of such an apartment in the rental program for min. 10 years. Alternatively, if the operation of this apartment has paid VAT to the state budget equal to the VAT calculated from the price of the apartment, this apartment can be released earlier. Therefore, the lease agreement is concluded for a period of 10 years. After this period, the owner can freely dispose of his apartment or, based on the offer, extend the lease with us, or sell it to us for a predetermined price.
