* Yield 6%   from the purchase price of the apartment, paid quarterly.
* The rental agreement is concluded on 10 years. After this period, it is possible to conclude a new lease agreement.
* Based on the seller's offer, the owner has the right to sell his apartment for value after 10 years 140% of the purchase price (purchase price of the apartment + 40%).

BENEFITS : The owner has 30 days of owner's stay during the calendar year.
The owner has FREE 2, non-transferable tickets for entering the water park (during the owner's stay at the hotel) operated by a company belonging to the GINO Holding as group and a 10% discount on hotel accommodation GINO Wellness Rabath (GE), Hotel GINO Wellness Mtskheta (GE) a GINO Park Palace **** (SK).

The reservation fee is not paid. We are the developer of the project and we try to provide you with all the necessary information before signing the purchase contract. We will be happy to go over the discount options with you, set the installments so that they suit you as much as possible, and explain all the terms of the contract and future operation even before you decide to invest in our project.

On January 21.1.2023, the hotel was officially put into operation.
